With only two internal team members handling the rollout, it could have easily been an overwhelming process. But with Lentune’s hands-on support, the change became manageable and achievable.
As Courtney tells us,
“The level of support has been incredible. Every question I’ve had has been answered quickly. If our implementation manager didn’t know the answer, they got back to me straight away after speaking with the team.”
Much like a personal trainer, Lentune’s implementation specialist has been a partner in their journey—coaching them, providing guidance and ensuring they have full confidence in the system.
A big part of that process has been training both office staff and site teams on the key features they need in their roles.
“The training has been easy to understand, and everyone’s been happy with it. We knew rolling out a new system with a team of over 80 staff across the country would be a challenge, but the process has gone smoothly.”
One team member, who wasn’t part of the initial training, was even able to transition over 100 active jobs into Lentune just by watching the recorded sessions — proof that the resources were clear and effective.
