Adding a Time Sheet in the Browser

In this guide, we'll take you through the process of adding and submitting a Time Sheet via your browser.

  • Start at Time Sheets > Time Sheets.
  • To add a new Time Sheet entry, click New time sheet entry.
 
In the next window you can enter your time sheet details.
  • Select your Time Sheet user code from the dropdown list.
  • Next, select the Project being worked on and enter the date for this Time Sheet.

The default values for your regular hours will populate in the Start and End time fields. However, if your work hours deviate from this, you can adjust them accordingly.

This adjustment will automatically calculate the total hours worked. The time sheet entry time defaults to ordinary hours, but if you're working overtime or on a Saturday, you can modify it as needed.

  • Remember to enter a Cost code if required, or you can leave this field for the approvers to fill in.

Once you're satisfied with your time sheet, you have two options.

  • You can either click Save and close if you want to make further any alterations later, or if you're ready to submit it now, click Save, submit and close. The latter option will submit your time sheet and also take you to a list of all your entries for the week. Here, you can track their status.

As your entries get approved and processed, the status will be updated accordingly.
