Customise the view for Time Sheet Approval Field Options
In order to allow the use of the most relevant fields for your Time Sheet Approvers, you can customise this availability in the Time Sheet Approval grid.
Follow this guide on how you can set your preferences:
You can choose which fields you want to view or hide for use by navigating to:

- Administration > Settings.
- Click on the Grid Column Options tab.
- Select Time sheet Approval from the Grid identifier dropdown list.
- Double click on the options you want to edit, and tick or untick the show column option.

- Cost Type Code
- Cost Code Code
- Cost Code Description
- Project Code
- Project Description
- Description
- Days

- Save your changes. Now the fields you have selected will be available for use in the Time Sheet Approval screens.
