Overview
You can export the Costs Codes and associated data for a Project to be used in another system, e.g. CostCon.
This allows you to take the Project Cost Codes and budgets and variations back to your Project management system to ensure that you are using the most up to date data.
Export Project Cost Code Data
To export cost code data for a Project:
- Start at Time sheets > Projects, or Expenses > Projects.
- Search and select the Project you require.
- Click to the Cost Codes tab.
- Click the down arrow beside More and click Export to Spreadsheet.
This will create an .XLXS spreadsheet which you can then edit to include the data you wish to import. If there is existing data, it will all be exported. If there is not data for that Project yet, the template will provide you with the format required to import new data.
