Here's a wrap up of what we've been working on lately.
Invoice Automation
- Lentune can now automatically identify Price Discrepancies as you approve or check an invoice.
This workflow needs to be turned on in the Administration > Settings. Click here to find out how. - To make it easier to maintain your agreed supplier pricing, we have upgraded the Supplier Price File Upload screen.
For a guide on how it works, click here. - Lentune can now automatically identify and mark a document as a Statement when it’s received, putting it straight into your Statements store.
This feature needs to activated. Click here to learn how.
Time sheets Automation
- User Groups and Entry Types can now be exported and imported to make bulk edits.
Click here for more information. - We have upgraded our overtime calculator. Overtime can now be automatically calculated on either of the below: Click here for more information.
- Total hours worked in the week.
- Time worked before or after normal hours.
- Certain days of the week that are overtime.
- A link to Crew Time has now been added to the main navigation bar.
Yard
- Yard, our asset tracking system has had a huge make over.
This includes the introduction of a depreciation schedule, barcodes and mobile applications for both your team on site and those managing the yard. Find out more here.
Integration
- Our Zapier integration can now be used to sync Cost Codes.
