Here's a wrap up of what we've been working on lately.
General & Time Enhancements
- Scheduled tasks can now be created with subtasks so that tasks which need to run in sequence can be set up together rather than running separately. You also have the option to specify that a subtask should only run if the task before it was successful. If the task before it fails for any reason then the subtask won't run.
- Cost codes have been added to Oncharge at a line level.
- Added a new setting which lets you enforce entering lines on an invoice before it's checked. If switched on and you want to check an invoice without adding lines you still can. However, it will prompt you if no lines are added and ask if you want to continue.
- Matariki has been added as a public holiday so will now appear when leave is requested for that day.
Xero Enhancements
- Xero IDs and Secrets are now automatically added. This means if you use multibranch and need to add a new branch you can add it and connect it yourself without assistance from the Lentune Support team.
- Multibranch expense exports were including a Reference field which isn't relevant. This has been removed.
Jobpac Enhancements
- In the integration settings for Jobpac there is now a new setting Update payable account descriptions from jobpac. When creditors are synced from Jobpac to Lentune, if the code matches the description in Lentune then it can be updated.
Minor Fixes
- Show Full Timesheet on Manage Crew Time wasn't showing correctly when toggling between Yes and No.
- When clicking through to view unassigned invoices from the Admin Dashboard, invoices may not have shown if the first approver was unassigned but the 2nd approver had been assigned. They will now show whether there is a 2nd approver or not.
