      Product Location Code to use for Jobpac invoice approval

      Where you're using Lentune only for OCR capture and sending invoices to be approved in Jobpac, you can code the Branch and GL code, but you don't necessarily require a cost code in Lentune. However, you do need to have a Project location code for the Jobpac approval.

      To cater for this eventuality, we suggest that you set up a project code with the Project Type of Location.

      • From the Administration > Projects menu, click New Project.
      • Select the Branch and GL code as usual, and select the Project Type as Location. Ensure that this new Location code matches your Jobpac code.

      Now when you're checking invoices in Lentune, select the project Type location before sending it to Jobpac. Now when you have approvals turned on in Jobpac, you can approve your invoice.
