      Retention Reports for your Head Contracts and Sub Contracts

      Retentions Reporting

      Given the importance of being able to view and report on your retentions, both at the Head Contract and Subcontract level, we have created reports which you can access and export at any time.

      To be able to export these reports, users will require the PJCLUSER security role.

       

      To access these reports, please follow the steps below:

       

       

      Within our Reporting area, you will see the ability to export information on the following four reports:

      Head Contract Transaction Report

      A breakdown of all the amounts (claims) that make up your contract balance.

      Head Contract Retention Balance Report

      Breakdown of the total balance of retention transactions against your Head Contracts at a given date/month end.

      Sub Contractor Retention Transaction Report

      A breakdown of all the amounts (claims) that make up your contract balance.

      Sub Contractor Retention Balance Report

      A breakdown of the total balance of retention transactions against your Sub Contracts at any given date/month end.
